ADDENDUM
The following zoogenic materials have been suggested as additional entries.  I shall work on preparation of those entries in the near future.

1. Beetles:
"Some cultures use beetles -- painted and unpainted -- as 'jewelry'."   (Richard Busch, persional communication, 2007).

2. Elephants' Feet:   These have fashioned into several curios -- e.g., ice buckets, ottomans, umbrella stands, and waste buckets.
